Arcane Symbols for mesos, and a town clean-up

Arcane River made friendlier#

• Nave in the Henesys Market now sells all six Arcane Symbols and Nodestones for 10,000 mesos each.
• Fredrick in the Free Market raises symbols to any level up to 20 for 10,000 mesos per level.
• Nodestones no longer give V cores for other classes.

Town clean-up#

We went through every town NPC and portal. Taxis and Maple Admin work, 15 empty shops were stocked, and broken portals in the Free Market and Ardentmill were fixed.
